I honestly don't see why that matters, provided he delivers the product he promises.
If I order a custom suit for $1000, and the suit maker takes that money to pay off some other debt, then later uses other income or credit to get what he needs to produce my suit as he promised, I'm fine with that. As long as I get what I paid for on schedule, that's all I care for. My money in, my product out. What the company does with the money in between and after is their problem.
To that end, I wish some on here would stop with the Moorus scam claim. Like his other apps, he fully intended to monetize that one for future use. Moorus was a failed app on the project management side, it wasn't done solely as a fundraising cash grab. In good faith, he intended for that to work, it just didn't.
