If you see the photo of the spot Owen fukked up and it was known Owen would have lapses in judgment from being a past stampede golden boy that even bad news had to reel him in and expose this.

No he didn't. Bryan got a concussion in that match with Sheamus from the headbutt spot. You can actually see where it happens, and he busted himself open doing it as well. It wasn't from the bro kick. Bryan did it to himself because he wasn't pulling his headbutts, just like at WM when he busted Dolph open with them.
