I think everyone agrees that was a pretty bad parenting move, but this shyt was a tragedy and why are we focusing on the trivial part?

When the Scream movies were big theaters used to have people dress up as the killer and randomly scare people by stabbing them with fake knives. If someone wanted to they could have easily had a real knife and killed a few people.

not all Christians take that stance so literal, the way I see it...I believe it's called the watchmaker theory, God created the world in the beginning, and then allowed humans to make their own choices. Although He can see all of the past, all of the present, and all of the future, He does not control it. He simply watches, and interferes when he sees fit?..idk just a personal theory

Just off the sound factor alone, which is literally dangerous for a baby's hearing for the rest of its life, it was stupid.
Of course hindsight is 20/20, and it's a miracle that the child is safe...but you can't act like people ain't gonna question the parenting there...and that's completely forgoing the etiquette argument.
