Nope. Maybe a little in the Senate, since the GOP doesn't have 60 votes, but they'll use the nuclear option to get rid of the filibuster.

Honestly I tuned out once Trump won so I dont know if Dems flipped the House. I know they flipped a few seats in NY and the margin to flip the house was only like 4 seats or something small.
If Dems control then house, then good. That means Obamacare will not be repealed and Trump will not be able to get his legislative agenda through.
If Republicans control everything, the only power the Dems have is to fillbuster bills in the Senate that require 60 votes to pass. That would stop it. GOP could go crazy and kill the filibuster if they want. Probably won't because it would have long term consequences that would work against them.
But you can do bills like once a year through a special process called budget reconciliation, which means you only need 51 Senate votes to pass a bill. That's when Dems are fukked if they don't have the House. An Obamacare repeal would happen through that special process.
He will still be able to get all his people put in agencies since the House has nothing to do with the confirmation process.

If you really care about the Supreme Court, you can't support senators, reps and Presidents that don't have court packing as an agenda item.
I don't think you care about the courts and I think it's just the latest shillbreh goalpost excuse move. If it wasn't the courts it'd be something else. Y'all weren't voting on packing the courts like that and moving forward y'all won't be voting based on court packing either.

It's crazy how in less than a decade Donald Trump pulled off something the Republicans could not have dreamed of. Donald and his people have the ability to shape the next 40 years of American policy.
I literally told you court packing will have to be an agenda item and that will have to be the move going forward and anybody concern trolling about the courts cannot fix their fingers to support any candidate that doesn't have court packing on the bucket list.

We don't know yet. Trump says a lot of shyt but we need to see what it looks like in action. Could be some build the wall type shyt where it ends up being not even a fraction of what he was proposing. Right now he's deporting 20M on day one. Wouldn't surprise if after 4 years its like 1.5M.
