Another lapse in logic of the story: The threat of being fired doesn't work in a brand split. Sasha and Bayley could refuse to go and Paige would be right there to snap them up for Smackdown.
You have to explicitly state they can't work for WWE at all, which Kurt doesn't have the authority to do.

I would just have weeks of nonstop fighting and matches. Extreme Rules is coming up? Extreme Rules match. SummerSlam? Three stages of hell. Hell in a Cell? You already know. Bayley could cost Sasha title opportunities, and Sasha could do the same. I would have one of them jump the other during backstage interviews, or when they're going to their car or in catering. Bayley's just eating a sandwich talking to some random person and Sasha comes out of nowhere to beat her down. Or maybe Sasha is doing her entrance and she goes to greet the fans and Bayley pops out in a mask to attack her. Then she can spray paint "You Ain't shyt" on her back nWo-style and steal her sunglasses.
Don't hold back at all. Just a straight up blood feud with no true winner for months. It could be Sasha's birthday and she could get a giant stripper cake, then Bayley can jump out of it. Or Bayley will just do her entrance and some random gang members beat her down backstage. We find out Sasha paid them $500 each to end Bayley's career.
They can forget about it months later, but anything would be better than them screwing this up a lot more than they already have.

I remember when Nattie and Nikki Bella were on sight every week and that was very entertaining. Why the fukk can’t they just do that? A lot of times the most simple path is best. Neither are ever going to supplant Ronda or Alexa, so just make them fight forever, send one of them to SD next year, and long term build the reuniting when we get horsewomen vs horsewomen.
They will never have a gay storyline again until it’s someone gay in real life and they will walk on eggshells with that.
They could turn Sasha completely heel, but then they'd have to Juelz about why Alexa gets her push over Sasha. Keepy Sasha tied up with Bayley is purely about protecting Alexa. Might as well move Sasha over to SD.
