Lower tier fighters are getting screwed man. Ring girls made more than a lot of the boxers in that undercard. No way that should happen in a big ppv. Fighters are getting screwed and they're competing in other sports

prospects will rack up some easy wins in some shytty venues just for experience before stepping into a real event
boxing is A PROMOTION BASED BUSINESS, like a RAPPER

the amount you make is up to your skills and your promoters ability to market those skills, so your pay rate is unlimited in that regards
