The number of Jordan's released to retail stores was no different than any other signature shoe also available it's just those particular shoes were more sought after.

Yeah they are, that didn't even make any real sense but it was info from a statement and I don't remember if anyone actually from Nike commented on it. I'll try to dig up that article, I think it was on Counterkicks or NikeTalk, it was just a public release statement from Nike in response to all the incidents that followed the Concord release.

I remember one of my friends bought 2 pairs. Last 2 in store. Kids behind him in line asked him to sell one and he refused.

They said ...sell us one or we going to take one from you. He didnt sell them anything but they were following him thru the mall. He called one of my other boys and he met him at a random entrance, hopped in his whip and jetted off to get his car.

Regular dude so he aint bout that life, but probably could have ended up dead over some shoes he bought to flip.

But people went crazy for these. I was at a few spots yesterday (won a few pair ) and was watching my back on the way out.

They made a lot of these but still most people didn't get their pair. I actually think KID sizes were more popular than adults. It's crazy how the shoe is even more popular 15+ years later. AND with a new generation.

The big problem is people (resellers) nowadays get as many pairs as possible through employees, hook up or other means so everyone can't be satisfied...especially those who don't fell like waiting all night/entering raffles...etc. The chances of getting a pair are worse than ever.

So I guess the easy alternative is to rob.
