Been watching Sandler since the Billy Madison and Happy Gilmore days. I'm honestly shocked he's lasted this long. Dude has had a good run. Its only been in the last 5 or 6 years, that his movies weren't a certified blockbuster, and he's still had some in that time period.

He's been on top for 20 years. The Waterboy is still a classic. Mr. Deeds, Little Nicky had a laugh or two

That 20 million figure is not accurate.

With an 88 million budget it will have to make over 200 million to recoup and become profitable.

All of them flopped. 42 million budget and 72 million box office is a flop.

If you aint making more than twice your budget your flopping. In some cases its 3 to 4 times the budget,depending on marketing costs.

No.. I understand people and economics... I dislike most of Sandler's and Perry's films.... but I would sponsor any of them in a heartbeat if I felt it fit contemporary times
