I don't know what it is like where you are but here (London, England) I can't find a place to buy CD's for love nor money. Every HMV store local to me has closed down and the smaller CD shops are now nail salons or bookmakers.
My guess is that since the majority of sales are online (iTunes/Amazon) this delays workers getting their hands on CD's and ripping them so we can
