Yeah his first loss was to Big Show when Clay had that "bad leg" and Show beat him down.
Cesaro didn't need no aid. Beat him so fresh so clean.
Glad he's winning people over, but I still think he would've been better off debuting as a face. It's been such longtime since a legitimate guy came to TV as a babyface. Ryback is the only one i can remember recently and I'm not sure about him yet.

On the indies I believe the Neutralizer was a submission hold, which makes a lot more sense.
I thought it was a different move than that. Didn't know that was the name of his finisher. I don't like it.
