We can agree to disagree, but that charts and article says youth ages 13-24 (not gay youth ages 13-24). The article says gay AND bisexual men (most men who are bisexual probably do not tell women esp black women because they will get the serious side eye).

Kenya this is not a black male issue. It's a gay male issue all the stats show that gay men have the highest rates of HIV.
