when I go to the gym after 9am and before like 2pm I don't see nothing but older men and women in that age range (basically let's call it retirement age) still trying to keep in shape...I know it's rude to tell a lover to not get comfortable but once they get comfortable that is when they usually let themselves go...It's men and women who do this...We all age but you have to at least try to put your best foot forward.

It's not hard for a chick to get on a treadmill and do 20-30 a day. Staying a healthy weight is really fukking easy. It just requires discipline.

Things I've heard over the years:

Lela suffers from very bad depression that essentially rendered her a shut-in.

Antoine is very mentally abusive to her which makes her depression worse.

Depending on the source you hear it from either Lela was pressured by Antoine to end her acting career to focus on him, or he had her blackballed so her career ended.

Despite what people may think, that current pic of Lela is the happiest and healthiest she has looked in a long time and it's a very good sign.

All fat bytches say this as an excuse for being lazy. I've had 2 many women get fat on me and take honesty for verbal abuse. Na, bytches is just lazy. Put down the donuts and hit the treadmill.

it's not even that it's like I know she can afford off of her money alone a damn home gym and a trainer or chef to come by..Even if she's depressed one of the treatments people always recommend is exercise...I really think she just let herself go...I have yet to meet a fat man or woman who hasn't said at one point or another they were depressed or verbally abused sometime or another.

Plus it seems like Fuqua has either visited a gym or eats decently.
