When I used to work once a week at kfc used to pocket 50-100 bucks out the till every week.
Somoeone buys a meal that comes out to 10-20 bucks and put it in the till as a drink or something similar.
Do that about 5 times a night and just remember exactly how much extra you should have in there and take it out when you got a chance.
But we didn't have cameras in the back back then.
