This is probably well known in the hood but I'm ignorant of this scam. I had this happen a couple of times. You go and order your meal in the drive thru and they tell you to pull forward for you total. Then they'll ask you again what you ordered. They do this b/c they're not entering it in the machine. If they don't then it's no record of the receipt. And therefore they can keep the money for themselves. I know a former manager who told me this and she had to fire 40 people from 3 restaurants because of this.

Do they watch closely to see if you enter it in the machine. Because it's happen to me. They asked what I ordered again once I pulled to window.

Yep, no one would know because they go by what's entered in the machine. If they don't press enter, there is no record. And you still get your food. And they keep the money.
