Who would win between the Inhumans and Ex-Mutants?
So marvel is about to job out the X-Men to the weak ass inhumans huh

They've been telling more stories with them but they still need that Claremont-type writer to carry them to the next level. The best thing coming from this Inhumans push is the Karnak book by Warren Ellis.

These Inhumans are 'fetch' status IMO. They're trying so hard to make them happen, but you really can't relate to these guys the way you can relate to the X-men. You can relate to Nightcrawler, Storm, Cyclops, Kitty Pryde, etc. Also, the X-men has more of a legit moral message about discrimination (God Loves Man Kills )
Not here to argue, I just got an honest question: Are any of the Inhumans relatable on that same level? And what is their message, the moral of their story? What stories do they have that are even close to being as good as the Dark Phoenix Saga? Days of Future Past?
Because if those questions can't be answered, then those characters will never truly eclipse the X-men.
Granted, it seems that the X-men side of things has been a mess lately. So many major figures are dead, the O5 STILL haven't been sent back yet, and it feels like most of their best villains are all on the side of the good guys. I miss the unity they had in the Cockrum/Claremont/Byrne/Paul Smith era.
