Can you explain to me how Curry is being run into the ground, and cite all the heavy-lifting that he does?

He's the catalyst for everything the team does. You think all of those 10-20 point comebacks ain't draining? They happen because of Steph going off.

Why you going at this brehs throat like this :damn:

You went 0 to 100 quick as hell on my mans :whew:

And I think he's an old head. I remember him on hamster

Ya he probably didn't deserve it, but I'm just annoyed by the whole "players are playing too many minutes" narrative people push these days. I like watching superstars out there and I like them playing most of the games. I obviously don't want them injured, but I also don't want them playing 30 minutes total in games(obviously blowouts are different) because people are concerned that they'll get "tired".

Not only is this incorrect but what does him being the catalyst for winning games have to do with Luke running him into the ground? There's another 20+ caliber ppg scorer on his team, and he has Draymond to help him run the offense when he's on the court. You could make an argument that he doesn't even have the heaviest workload on his own team. Yet you seem to think he's being run into the ground.

You also have to weigh into account that those 10-20 point comebacks also have to do with the Warriors getting stops on the other end. Curry despite being a adequate/good defender, has the smallest workload on the defensive end. He's not Jimmy Butler - playing 38 minutes a game, providing #1 option scoring and guarding the best wing threat/anchoring the defense every game.

I could split hairs, but y'all got me.

:manny:

I was fairly certain superstars were in the mid 30's
, but because they did it don't make it good practice. The goal is to win championships. If he takes a damn break during the season to do it what do I care? He's fragile.
How long have you been watching basketball? Superstar players have typically averaged in the high 30s in minutes. :patrice:
