It's not practice with him. It's mental, the humiliation factor. Hardly an excuse however, if you shooting at almost 8% lower than last year I believe. I heard 80 percent of Howard's practices involved FT's, whereas Drummond's are around 70. You have to totally reconstruct something if it's completely broken, and we are finding out the extent THIS year due to the fact that we are actually winning games and losing teams are trying any and everything to bit off chunks of a lead at a time.

At that age can it be mitigated, but that sure ain't happening this year.

Teams obviously believe such players have value despite the inability to hit free throws. If shooting 50 percent from the line was a prerequisite for playing in the league, Drummond wouldn't be playing.
