Yeah.....they're negotiating the sentencing part of his deal, how much time he will serve. They rolled over his other new jersey charges because federal law supersedes state which he plead guilty to. He might ask for a continuance or make arrangements to turn himself in after the holiday in January. Sad situation tho. Jimmy's case too..Smh

He got arrested back in June of this year for drug and gun possession -5 felonies total. Down in Georgia. They booked him on evasion because of a brief car chase when the driver didn't immediately pull over for the cop.
"three counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. He also has one misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana, less than an ounce."....hasn't gone till trial.yet, just the arraignment
