Yall nikkas giving me a headache.

There's an administration & a board of trustees at every university. These individuals run the university, not the "figurehead". The Governor of Pennsylvania is on that board. The CEO of Merck, US Steel & the Vice Chairman of Bank of New York Mellon too. But they didn't inform the authorities because a coach told them not to? :duck: Stop it. PSU think they slick.

This. They're trying to push all the blame on the dead guy. Yeah, he had his part in all of this but he isn't the sole reason it took so long to bring him down.

fukk all of you who are too blind to see Paterno is being put up as a scapegoat. Look at everything before you condemn him like that. What happened to those kids are wrong and Sandusky will get his. But, all of these people saying Paterno should be in hell, etc. sound like a mindless lynch mob.

Get the fukk outta here. You sound like one of those angry CACS who rioted when he was fired. The man ADMITTED when he was alive that he didn't do enough to ensure a proper investigation. This man allowed ANOTHER man, who after being reported raping a young boy in his ass in the campus showers, to continue utilizing the campus:wtf:. This isn't a small error of judgement, this was a coverup by a man who had the power through his position as head coach of one of the most storied and beloved football programs in the country. No he wasn't the ONLY one involved in this coverup, but he WAS involved and therefore he deserves nothing less than to rot in hell..

Of course the ATL
Doesn't make sense. Have your witchhunt. Paterno was a bad person. But no school is withholding that kind of shyt because their employee said so. PSU wanted it covered up.

You forget that you're talking about JoePa & Penn St. Paterno wasnt just "an employee", he was Penn St, literally & figuratively. He exerted more power & influence at his school than at any other school in the country. You also may not remember the infamous power struggles b/w Spanier & Schultz to try & get Paterno to step down & Paterno basically said "fukk you. im not going anywhere."

If Paterno gave it a pass, it was getting a pass at Penn St.

Joe was a scumbag piece of shyt but that said...

He is being used as a scapegoat here. This is the psu side of the story. I could give a fukk about their side. Im waiting until the FBI is done investigating. They will find the facts... Which are that the board paid off kids to keep this quiet and they were all in on it. Many big businessmen and politicians will go down over this.

So this outside investigative group is trying to push all the blame on him?? Umm so are you saying the emails are made up or something ? You paterno supporters are ridiculous the man himself said he didn't do enough to stop it .all he cared about is football that's why he was still trying to coach that last game .

The very fact that all those kids rioted and all these alum came out defending him show he was bigger than the school. People don't do that especially not over something so heinous :snoop:

Paterno obviously played a role in this...

But look up who's paying this "outside" investigator and think about what incentive they may have to put all the blame on a dead man

Joe is a villain but not anymore than graham Spanier and the board
