Trish didnt claimherself as someone who started the resurgeance of womens wrestling among her far more talented peers. Was she overpushed? Absolutely. But it wasnt some marketing play to pad her resume and make her look credible. Thats the difference with the Bellas.

And Jazz hasnt been done half as dirty as Natty has been. Jazz at least came in looking like a killer in the beginning.

I think the WWE gave that credit to the bellas before they ran with it.
and that's besides the point, seeing how people are complaining about the bellas being on the card period because they represent the old divas wrestling. but trish is the prime example of that bullchit, and most people aren't complaining about her placement.

I stopped watching around the time nattie joined the WWE, and I havnt looked back at what I missed.
I can kinda tell that nattie has been misused thru most of her WWE career, from what ive seen tho, but at the end of the day, she stayed there for 10 years & counting, so that's on her.

She's been the champ for awhile but I'm not sure if she was defending it. Corgan probably told her to sit on it and wait for the call. Everything else that has the NWA name on it has been vacated. National title will be decided at the anniversary show, and I read the tag belts will be reintroduced in 2019. Probably the junior heavyweight title, too.

I hated the Women's division for this reason back in the Ruthless Aggression Era because Vince was obviously showing favoritism towards Trish and if you say this then people think you're a "hater." Why should Trish be the star when at the time you had Jazz, Victoria, Ivory, Molly Holly, and Jacqueline still who were masters at their craft. They had just as much if not more to offer than Trish.

Trish was more popular and that's all that matters.
