:heh:

Now he's bill russell

"Because Jason Collins is gay. He likes who he likes and loves who he loves and he’s gay. And he also plays professional basketball and he moves his feet well and defends centers better than just about any big man this league has seen over the last 15 years and hey also he’s gay. Jason Collins is different."

holy shyt.

the agenda is bad enough. now they just making up complete bullshyt to help sell it to those who don't follow the game.

Its "imaginary" but there's never been an openly gay player in any major league. Look how everyone is reacting, including the majority of thecoli.

Do you think people should have to hide who they are because it makes Conservatives uncomfortable?

Obviously Collins is :trash: but that was my point in the Robinson comparison. .

:dahell::dahell: Nikka what the fukk are you even talking about? You think them owners that decided they wanted Jackie on the team just cause he was a nikka?:dahell: He was a great fukken player first of all, that is why they wanted him on their team.

I could give a flying fukk if the nikka is gay, if he was good player and could lead his team to a championship. Clearly this Collins nikka can't, with the numbers he putting up.

Gay people should be embarrassed at this bullshyt, basically the Nets organization is using this fruity over the hill, bench warmer nikka to get publicity and make "history".

But you forget that KG and Paul played with him last year in Boston, they probably don't care :manny:

Maybe, they didn't know he was a f@ggot at the time until he came out of the closest. They probably would be like :ohhh: when the news came out.

Has there ever been a player in any major league who has openly declared his attraction and preference to Asian women? Or athletes that can only orgasm via foot fetish play?

The options of boundary breaking pronouncements are limitless aren't they?

Now which ones are we going to celebrate as brave and which ones should we dismiss as "T.M.I?"
There's no laws limiting people from marrying Asians or hate crimes against foot fetishists.

Discrimination against gays isnt on the level of black folks or other groups but that doesnt mean that they dont/ have never faced discrimination. If that werent the case, no one would care about this in the first place. People wouldnt have to be in the closet or come out in the first place. Thats where we're headed as a society in the future, and its for the better. Our grandkids wont give a shyt about any of this. But in order for that to happen, there has to be "moments" like this as stepping stones.

Obviously anyone talking up Collins as anything more than 6 fouls clogging up the paint is full of shyt but thats media sensationalism. Happens with any story.

Most of us here are just annoyed that every time we try to catch a news update we have to hear about *insert gay* attention whoring...Yes there is prejudice out there against gays but the media and the gay community are over blowing this shyt...We don't need to keep hearing about everyone who comes out...Jason Collins is not important nor is anyone else who "comes out of the closet"...

Telling you it's none of my business what you do in your bedroom is not the same as telling you to hide who you are...Nobody needs to know what you do in your bedroom, that's between you and your peoples...I don't run around telling folks how much I love p*ssy because that's nobody's got damn business but mine and my wifes...

The NBA has no laws against gay players being able to play in the league..

They never did..

But you know what they do have laws against? Smoking weed...Same as several states... J.R. Smith smoking a blunt at half court would be a more accurate description of breaking boundaries..

Jesus Christ. NBA TV having his press conference soon. Why should we give a fukk about a scrub on a 10 day contract :camby:?? I don't give a fukk if he's gay or straight.
