Based on what I have seen of Ja in interviews, podcasts, and what I've heard from friends, I think dude isn't very smart, or of much character. Fun, gregarious, those kinds of adjectives, but not an intelligent, self aware kind of person. He basks in the cache of his celebrity from yesteryear for whatever it's worth, which is common in the "only judge when they run out of money/sex/" scene of nightclubs and the "intensive" kind of partying those scenes are so prolific in.
