what kind of foods should i be eating?
i don't have time to count calories. i'm a full time student and also have a full time job. I don't have a lot of time to cook (maybe 30 mins max).. I need some light recipes that will get me full and also help me lose weight.
Any suggestions?

no homo but how long working on strong lifts do you think would help that be a reality
1. 2 weeks of anything ain't shyt...don't give up. Progress IS there even if it's not drastic.
2. Lifting is only 20% of the equation. Your diet is the other 80%.
Yes, "fixing" your diet is hard. I found it easiest to do it slowly...i.e. cut out one major vice/diet killer every week or so. Eventually you get used to eating healthier.
Also, eat clean 6 days a week and allow yourself a "cheat" meal or day. Don't go crazy or anything, but doing this will help your cravings the rest of the week.
same. my legs got bigger, back/traps, chest... arms, were still small as fukk. ended up adding curls and more pull ups and isolated tricep exercises, arms started growing.Buy a pack of Skinless Chicken Breasts, pan fry them shyts. (anyone can do it) Cook Rice and Broccoli. Eat the Broccoli Raw
The Broccoli is probably gonna cost you more than the Chicken.
You can actually get Chicken breasts at Costco for 40 Bucks and It'll last you the entire month.
The Hard part is eating the same thing everyday.
I did 3X5 workout for about 6 weeks, I got lanky arms and got frustrated seeing results everywhere but my arms so I started working my arms more. But you def see results in your torso, chest area after 5-6 weeks.
