Im thinking 80/20 Remy/Pap.

He probably gave her a few talking points and she put a majority of the verses together.

Just like i think Superugly wasnt fully 100% Jay-Z.

Ok so before I start, I just want to say that it is still possible for Nicki To Win!
Remy cannot have babies, if somehow Nicki gets Papoose to impregnate her she can still get a win.
If Nicki had Papoose's baby that would be a major L to Remy Maa as she is unable to have babies.

I'm a HUGE Papoose fan so I recognized immediately that he helped her. I'm not saying he wrote the whole thing, no way. But you can tell he fed her some lines because they resemble his flow and word usage too much AND she never sounded like that ever before on any of her joints. So clearly not saying she's getting all her stuff penned.

A few examples here.... This is exactly the way Papoose writes when he gets lazy on a track.

"You saw an opportunity cause you an opportunist"

"Show you how to use your name, you be using your name wack"

"Foreign sick.... by far Rem sick"

Papoose loves using lyrical, homophone laced wordplay throughout a verse, he prefers being complicated and detailed.
I can't recall any of Remy's 00's verses having any bars jumping over your head, interesting allusions, heavy usage of homophones, double/triple entendres, etc.

When Joe signed her, all of her verses were dumbed down. When Pun was still alive, her lyricism was slightly more impressive, so this is weird. I listened to "Lean Back" yesterday, and I'm still figuring out how she went from that bullshyt to "ShEther".
That and she said herself, she barely wrote any Rap while in prison due to "it's hard to be creative in a negative space".
:jbhmm:

With all that out the way, he definitely had to have half of that verse with his signatures on it - it's structured way too perfect.

My only response to this is listen to that track "when I see her". When she is on attack mode there's a whole other energy level she gives off. I think on her commercial tracks it's not really her strength. When it's pure aggression it's a wrap.

By the way in this same track she says I'ma ether her like Nas did Hova when I see her and then come back like hov and take over when I see her.

If this goes further we might get to hear her on the takeover beat.

Remy wrote that track it mostly sounded like freestyle actually. Also those lyrics are weak for Remy, she just threw that track together. The insults are what make that song pop, not the actual rhyming skills on display. Remy will respond if Nicki makes a track and I'm sure it will be alot better then Shether skills wise.
You haven't listened hard enough. Her flow was choppy and on/off best but the bars were there. It's a lot of intricate shyt if you really listen. I hear pap all through the joint. That's no diss to remy saying she can't spit or whatever but it is what it is. It sound like pap's pen in a lot of parts.

all the bars where she was rhymin "mind of a rookie" and "lie on ya nookie" AND the "that's hannah montana! she was always happy" sound 100% like Papoose, like I can literally hear him saying it when she says it, lol. Everything else tho sounds like Remy, to me.
