I was on my way out the house this afternoon while my sis was watching nightly news.

Saw the intro giving previews of the segments and one of it was this movie. They showed some clips and at the end, it was a quick pic of trump before they cued in the next preview on some sublimial shyt.

Yeah it’s a satire. It’s obvious the hunted were going to end up being the heroes but trump being trump and Fox News being Fox News, they traffic in intellectual dishonesty and stupidity. So they reacted like they did.

Universal hasn’t said the movie isn’t coming out, just that it’s not coming out now.

If they put it out in October or November, it would be fine. And blumhouse has a relationship with Hulu and Netflix, so it could go there as well

People already got ideas, that's why these real life shootings happen. And those are not fueled by movies, they are fueled by a white supremacist president. The same one who wants to draw attention away from that fact by blaming movies like this.

Damn, I was looking forward to this movie and was actually considering going to the theater for it (something I rarely do). Didn't read the article, but my guess is it'll get a quiet digital/physical release eventually.

Really bad precedent. American is so fukked up. No guns in movies or video games, but if you want an actual gun, kid, we'll sell one to you no hassle at all! A gun for every man, woman and child in America!
