But no, it's a new FASHION STYLE WITH VEST.

The vest style is pretty straightforward. It has a hood with a collar.

The neckline is slimmer and features a small lapel piece. The sleeve cuffs are much deeper than before, and much more pronounced in comparison to the other vest style, which has a very wide collar sleeve.

While we're all excited to see an updated version of this style, we must start by addressing the VEST itself, right? This is exactly what this is. And there's no real "VEST" to get hyped up about. While there are some classic style references to be drawn with this vest style of the current FASHION LOOK, the vest itself is nothing more than this:
