Retired Indy guy who wrestles like a 80s NWA midcarder. Dipped out and took a performance centre job around the time the Young Bucks' style of indyriffic spotfest became the default style on the indies and he's worked his way up (I guess) to becoming an agent on the main roster shows. He's now the authority figure for both Raw and Smackdown. He's pretty much in the title picture because Roman wanted the easiest possible match at the Rumble.

i feel like this is always said about Smackdown...they said this in 2009 too. it's always true but not true enough to care and actually watch...oohhh 2 good superstars get a 7 min match instead of a 3 minute one.
