glad Victor got oxed, he was irritating
Gus was so pissed at Walt in the desert he dropped the usual voice, had an accent. that took me by surprise. i guess 'Fly' was a look into mania/madness, but that was the only ep i didnt like.

"Fly" is definitely a hate it or love it ep. For the record the fly represents chaos....Walt wanting to kill the fly, a negligible physical contaminant, is symbolic of him railing against how chaotic and unpredictable the drug trade is vs the purely logic driven world of science. Obviously he wasn't thinking of that at the time, but you're given a clue to that a bit later in the series.

Did you notice....
the plant in the ep before the finale? Walt spins the gun 3x. The first two times it lands on him. The 3rd it points to the plant. That's when he got the idea to poison the kid:

i recall the whole ep but honestly i didnt make the connection. so much insanity going on i missed a few intricacies. thats ill

I just finished watching the 5th episode of the 5th season. Wow. Amazing.
And yes, the fly episode was the only one I haven't really liked so far.
But its been getting better each season. To be honest, the 1st season was pretty slow. The 2nd season started to pick up. But by the 3rd and 4th, the show was in full swing. That's how I see it.
One of the best shows on TV at the moment. Gonna watch the last 3 episodes of 5th season this week.
And yes, the fly episode was the only one I haven't really liked so far.
