i have a friend who works in the film industry. Apparently Cube and Steve Bannon are very close and Steve was the CFO of Cube’s production company. There was a story earlier this year about Cube and Bannon having business ties(Ice Cube swept up in bizarre bribery plot involving Steve Bannon, Michael Flynn, and the Qatari government), but I didn’t know it ran that deep.
Cube also is one of those types that doesn’t allow staff to look at or talk to him. The lovable family guy persona he puts on is an act...he’s a diva behind the scenes apparently

Cubes long time business partner Jeff Kwatinetz is a long time business partner of Cube,who has ties to Steve Bannon from back in the day through the entertainment industry. He is liberal by the way for whatever that means.

Seems like basically the same thing that happened with Trump with the russians. These foreign entities getting access to politicians through false pretenses,then throwing the bag at them through "indirect" bribes. Lol I’m just sharing a story I heard from someone who’s worked with Cube and a bunch of other people in hollywood, very closely. I don’t have any actual receipts, but you can clearly see Cube and Bannon have a business relationship.
