True, though there are many cases where they want you to fukk their daughter too. Especially if you look like an athlete or something of that nature. I've experienced this many times growing up and even as an adult. I still don't understand it. While OP is married, in my case, they knew I was single and were just trying to get me to be part of their family.
In any case, OP, from somewhat personal experience most likely the case is that the guy's daughter has a thing for you OP and is hoping that she can swoop in and grab you up. The other more likely possibility is that they are just weird people. I would be careful around them and watch them carefully. The fact that he used the word compatible is indeed very weird.

So this is the part that's throwing me off. Exactly how old is OP? Is he the same as the co-worker and if so, why would that co-worker says he's compatible with his daughter? And if OP is younger, say in the same age as the daughter, why does the co-worker want so badly to be friends with a younger employee?

If they're religious, it might be legit since white people that really read the Bible and are not Trumpsters will often be very friendly/charitable and shyt.
