Again...reduce risk and prevent are too different things. I have been the one, since my first post about it, to say "reduce risk." You've been trying to pretend that condom will prevent everything. You didn't change your tune until everyone pointed out how flawed your argument was. Again, given the number of people with herpes and the number of NFL players with concussions (which is clearly deflated because the NFL has been keeping a lot of it under wraps to protect itself) reducing risk doesn't mean all that much.

I would never knowingly have protected sex with a person that has Herpes even if they didn't have a visible outbreak because condoms don't prevent the transmission of herpes.

As I see it, given the number of games, players in the NFL, helmets do a bang up job in protecting the players. Do they prevent concussions from occurring due to user error? No! They greatly reduce the risk than if they were playing helmetless and almost a non factor if they don't lead with the head (smart football tackling)

As someone stated, he could get an STD, I stated protect yaself, then came the "you can still get STD's", I said, still protect yaself cause even though you wear a seatbelt (condom) it doesn't prevent an accident (STD transmission through user error) from occurring.
