This shyt was turribull. The only US remake of a UK show that i've seen that doesn't suck is Shameless.

They remade Shameless? I wonder what that is like.

I haven't seen the UK version yet tho and its been running for years. I've seen a couple of episodes here and there but never followed it. I need to get in on it cause everyone out here in Britain loves it.

Where is the American version based? What city? Is it in a housing project?

It's on showtime. It's 2 seasons in. It's set in a neighborhood in chicago I think. William h.macy plays frank gallagher. I still like the og UK show but the US is good.
