^This was your thread starter....^
That is literally the definition of an ignorant statement.
So when people come to your ignorant thread to enlighten or educate you (because you've already stated how inexperienced you are with PC gaming) about the subject matter, you automatically take a defensive stance which kinda lets everybody know who's staning what if you know what I mean...
I'm assuming you did your research on PC gaming or you're just really financially comfortable at the moment, there is a third option which is "stupid" but I'm gonna give you the benefit of the doubt on that one.
So you either did your research and came to the conclusion that a ~$2500 set up is worth it for the PC Experience
Or you just have enough money to throw ~$2500 at something for the sake of curiosity
Neither of which I think is a smart move financially, no matter how much money you have at your disposal but that's neither here nor there.
You obviously didn't do your research because your acting surprised about the notion of modding and effort put into PC gaming.
PC Gaming is more than just the "Gaming" experience. It's no different than being a car lover, building a car from the ground up and putting new parts in it and then taking it for a drive. Every step is part of the experience, and that sense of ownership that you get builds upon that experience. Its the same with PC gaming.
Some people just want to buy a stock car at a stock price and just go.
others want a little more flexibility and customization.
But everything comes at a price, even if its just the choice to be able to do things your way.
So instead of the whole:
"Look brehs i got these nerdz so furious." post
Why not take into consideration some of the information people are giving you, because many people would be very fortunate to be able to spend that much money on their PC's but that's often not the case.
I got into PC gaming due to the very fact that I couldn't afford a PS2 and gaming on the PC that I already had for school was the only option.
