:ohhh: This might be a dumb question, but what seasonings do you use?

I like the oil to cook with the garlic, diced onions, & a hint of salt until the onion turns light brown BEFORE I throw ANY MEAT in, not just liver... but :manny:

You know. The usual, salt pepper, jalapeno, garlic, parsley. After cooking your meal sprinkle lemon/lime on top. :ahh:

What the hell does liver taste like? Is it comparable to any other food? I still can't get past the fact I'm eating an internal organ.
