So I just made the switch from 360 to PS3...

I got a triple and a 360 so I get the best of both worlds...but here are some ps3 exclusives to look into.....

Cop Heavy Rain, it's more of an interactive movie (don't judge) that is heavily decision based. It starts off REALLY slow but damn when it picks up.... this is an awesome experience...

Try the resistance trilogy which is a great fps experience

Get Metal Gear Solid Collection if you never copped the ps2 versions as well as MGS 4,

The Uncharted trilogy is a must. Arguably the greatest action game franchise this generation.

Infamous 1 & 2 are great open world/ sand box type games but with a super hero theme.

If you are into platformers definitely get the Prince of Persia, Sly & Cooper, Jak & Daxter and Ratchet & Clank trilogies which were originally released on the ps2. They all still hold u extremely well today and now they are in HD.
