i usually have a snack like a yogurt or a bar or something an hour before.

you guys actually have full fledged meals before lifting?

I workout right after work so usually I've eaten lunch about 3 and 1/2 hours prior and i usually eat a granola bar when I get off about 45 mins before I start...

If I eat anything semi heavy before I workout I can feel all that shyt :scusthov:
