i always ate 15 minutes before training.. then this week i got told thats why my six is not showing... my body is feeding off what i ate instead of the stored fat on my belly...

why didnt i know that? :flabbynsick: i got like 5 pounds to go to get that SIX

:flabbynsick:

eat 2 hours before training.. or 1 banana 1 hour before training.. imma give myself 2 weeks and see the results *goes to the gym*

Eating 15 minutes before is to close IMO. Get something within half hour to an hour of training.

I always work out on an empty stomach. 95% of the time I'm working out 1st thing in the morning though. I go hard for like 2-3 hours. If I was to eat anything, I would feel that shyt in my chest and throat trying to come back up.

one thing i noticed is that i get to go take a dump daily now instead of every two days...it seem my body was absorbing faster when i ate right before training.. but now my stomach :scusthov:

I can see doing some steady cardio on an empty stomach, or maybe 15 minutes of HIIT……

But weightlifting….nah. I don't see it….

Building muscle is what's gonna help you lose the pudge, and mostly diet of course

I lift on an empty stomach pretty much 90% of the time.

There's something to this, but it's more individual preference as far as "feeling" too full, etc.
