This is DOPE. Been on a bit of an electro kick lately.
Thank you very much! I'm glad you feeling it! I was messing around with the new equipment I got and have been using and was experimenting around with some new things and stuff.

I've been producing for almost 20 years (next year it will be 20), I've always been into doing new things and exploring different types of sound foundations and whatnot.

What do you use to produce if you don't mind me asking? I'm currently on Logic 9, and I just got a Roland TR-8 about a month and a half ago.

Believe it or not, I actually have been using an app on my samsung called music maker pro. LOL. but it's awesome cause you can tweak so much with it and I have had experience with analog recording in the past and using 8-track recorders so I just let certain Vsts, synths, runs, and use everything in a sequenced live jam session. Then I just make my recordings from there. I can take that on the go and I've really been about the more hands on minimalistic approach to things as of late.

I was using Virtual DJ before, and before that I was using Native Instruments Maschine. I've used every DAW and piece of equipment you could think of. Tascam 8 track, AKAI MPD 32, M-Audio Keyboards, Ableton, REason, Fruity Loops, Screenblast Acid Pro, Kontakt, Reaktor, FM7, and a tascam portable digital recorder to record audio straight from a pair of monitor speakers from my laptop to wav. format.

My friend had a 303 and he showed me how to use that for sampling.

I actually started out recording and making tracks when I was a teenager with windows 95 on sound recorder.

Can somebody @ @1984 :patrice:

I think this dude has me on ignore
Hell Nah!

I've been busy as fukk promoting this album on instagram, twitter, tumblr, been managing to finesse this into greater opportunities outside of here. I'll admit, it's been hella fun being on twitter and doing me, and gaining followers and fans.

Anyways, I am so happy people are feeling this album. I spent a long time working on it.

I'ma check this out

What does the title mean?
The title "The Hologram" basically was just an alias I was using for a while, I like the idea of holograms. Something real that isn't quite real. You can see it. But you can't touch it. I included 6 other covers in the download so you can change it up. The Hologram morphs into different forms. A human face. A phone. A plane. The Creature From the Black Lagoon.

This is something that is more akin to what my sound is now. It morphs to whatever and is constant and always moving.
