This nikka had no problems posting pics of a "PS4 box" in the trash or his entertainment setup. I ask him to put up a pic of the tablet he was supposedly posting from and he disappears(despite logging in afterwards and looking at other threads) and comes back almost 24 hours later talking about "bu....bu.....but Sunday." Whats the issue?

Normally I would agree with you as this is a bunch of nonsense. But as a mod you are supposed to be the arbiter of internet beefs. Numerous posters have called me out and we have a bet. Either you, @bk, or @Brooklynzson will have to carry out the judgment. But if your too busy for this forum perhaps someone else could carry out the judgment?

he cant.. a majority of the people he thinks will be banned once he "shows" us tomorrow.. only agreed to him posting it yesterday..since he said he was posting from the device in question. If anything that should be the ban.. why does he get to make the ban terms
why cant we make the ban terms 
quick time line:
he says he has the tablet
we say show it
he says waits a few days(for sunday)
we say why wait a few days
he says hes posting from it right now
we ask for proof of it right now
he says wait for sunday
we say why wait, just post it now, shouldnt be a big deal
he then starts adding ANYONE who questioned him having the surface 2 to this ban list, that no one except maybe 2 people agreed to but later said they want to see it now (yesterday)
basically hes just trolling and wasting everyones time including the mods
imagine the police picking him up off the street, and he says "wait I got evidence I didnt do it.. but you gotta wait till sunday
