I read there was a bombing in a Hizbullah suburb of Beirut yesterday.

It's very easy to see the United States strategy on this one. Arm one side so they can create a stalemate for several decades, while extorting their natural resources for promises of weaponry. As long as they fight each other and keep the fighting in their homeland we shouldn't have any issues. Then when a winner is decided, we either start the process all over again, or deal with them in our decade annual war for freedom against a weaker war ravaged opponent. Make sure to send our youngest and brightest to wage war and when they get home make sure they are unable to get the same job they held in the forces. Get them to take out some student loans to get the accreditation, then they are still in debt to the nation. Welcome to Warfare. It's no longer over land, its resources baby.

syria is just a huge cluster fukk now..no faction is good..all factions are scum..and are only representing their own ethnic and religious affiliations
