just feed your body small snacks instead of big meals inbetween big meals
your body might be hungry again to eat very soon but that doesnt neccisarily mean you got to gorge to be satisfied
try grabbing some protien granola bars or maybe make a sammich with some whole grain bread or probably just more bread in general for the fiber to further help you along your diet but also because it is very filling
what you need to do is eat a huge breakfast medium lunch and small dinner do not eat after 8pm...if you get hungry drink some water it will trick your stomach since it will fill you up...its a mind game...
