Herb Dean wanted to restart the fight but the idiot said the referee deemed the downed fighter was not intelligently defending himself

He never called the fight, couldn't you hear the audio? He went to the judges to tell them the fight wasn't over that Jake got his toe caught then the Mic cut out next thing we hear is the fight is over the fight is over. With Dean walking with his head down like he just got scolded by the headmaster

The inept judges waved the fight, you could hear it from the dude stann was talking to on how clueless they were to the situation. They thought herb stopped the fight initially and just stuck to the script no matter how dumb it looked
