So does anyone think Dwight stays?

Whoever signs Dwight for a max will make a huge mistake. Dude has already shown signs of decline :beli:

Also, the Cavs got backed into a corner with Tristian Thompson. The market didn't really dictate that deal.
I can't see a place that he would want to go that would give him the max. You know he wants to play in a city where there are a lot of fine women. Maybe Atlanta? Maybe Toronto? I can't think of any other nice cities that would do it.

HIS DUMBASS SHOULDA NEVER LEFT THE GREATEST FRANCHISE IN SPORTS HISTORY. IT'S CALLED KARMA, FOLKS. NOT THAT HE'D BE WINNIN ANYTHING IN LA (HE'S A BORN LOSER), BUT AT LEAST HE'D BE THE MAN, THE FACE OF A STORIED FRANCHISE, ENDORSEMENTS ONLY THE LA MARKET CAN OFFER, ALL THE POWER HE WANTS, ETC.......RIGHT NOW, THE LAKERS COULDA BEEN HIS. WIT YOUNG TALENT SURROUNDING HIM + HAVING HIM THERE WOULDA ATTRACTED MORE FREE AGENTS (RAJON RONDO? LAMARCUS ALDRIDGE?), THE TYPE THAT WOULD HELP LAKERS REACH CONTENTION WHILE STILL RENDERING HIM THE MAN.

NOW, HE'S STUCK IN A ROLE PLAYER POSITION BEHIND THE BLACK HOLE AKA JAMES HARDEN ON A TEAM STRUGGLIN TO MAKE THE PLAYOFFS....DOIN THE WRONG THING NEVER PAYS OFF. LEAVIN 2 ORGANIZATIONS HANGIN BACK-TO-BACK IS CLEARLY THE WRONG THING. FUCC THIS FAGOT, HOPE HE GRADUALLY GETS WORSE BEFORE HE RETIRES AND NEVER GETS CLOSE TO MAKING THE HALL-OF-FAME.

BTW, I'M A LAKER FAN WHO DIDN'T WANT HIM TO RE-SIGN, BECAUSE I ALWAYS HATED HIM, AND I WAS SHOCKED AND APPALLED WHEN OUR DUMBASS FRONT OFFICE WENT AND PUT THEM #STAYDWIGHT SIGNS UP.....WAY BELOW OUR LEVEL OF CLASS. BUT SEEING HIM PLAY OUT MY EXPECTATIONS JUST MAKES ME WANTS TO SLAP HIM EVEN MORE. BIGGEST BIITCH IN NBA HISTORY, HANDS DOWN.

You think so? They still never would have found him a legit co-star. Had he stayed there he'd be blamed for all of the losing as opposed to going to L.A and Houston and getting to share the blame with others.

Noone would blame him for losing to lebron james in the east, every team does that thats a given

True, but at some point they would demand he get over the hump. The same would go for D-Rose had he never got hurt. Those are the pressures of being a superstar. Unless you're in a small market like Reggie Miller was in Indiana.

He really is declining tho. He doesn't have as much explosion from his legs, as he used to. Even his defensive presence at the rim has faded.

His longevity in the league is questionable. Especially when you don't have a jump shot.
