I get it... and normally I wouldn't say the solution is just to move a guy to SmackDown as a quick fix. But I just dont see where Finn even fits in over on Raw at this point. He gets a moment on the show where it looks like he's gonna be relevant going forward, and then he's back doing nothing the next week. This has happened at least three times this year alone.

Because lashley won on PPV then roman won the rematch and got a title shot while lashley was inexplicably left off the card entirely.
Lashley was tossed to the wayside because they have to push the reigns agenda. Lashley vs Lesnar is a way more interesting matchup than Lesnar v reigns number 39
