I called it then and I laugh at it now... this guy has been a US/IC title type guy for years and they insist on keeping him near the top for no reason. He's one of them dudes who has a spark at times but by no means should be consistently pushed in high profile storylines.

Since the time i came back to watch wrestling, which was the 2011 Money in the bank PPV, he's been getting no reaction. In fact, i remember that being the first time seeing him, and i was wondering whether he was a face or a heel, since the crowd gave no indication.

Rey was that dude for years but since he is so injury prone nowadays, as well as the fact that he might retire soon pushes them to groom the next guy. Del Rio is it for now, Sin Cara was supposed to take that spot but has been floundering as well.
