those cars are made off legos and belly button lint. Govt subsidies protects those companies whereas here in the states, private stakeholders will off your children if you make a product exposing them to lawsuits.
The consulting firm tore apart the BYD Seagull piece by piece to benchmark the small EV against vehicles from other startups and traditional automakers. The Livonia, Michigan-based company, with several offices across the globe, has torn down and benchmarked more than 30 China-built EVs from the likes of BYD, Nio
, XPENG and others.

Caresoft digitally and physically analyzes every part of a vehicle, from bolts and latches to seats, motors and battery casings. It then determines how its clients – mainly automakers and suppliers – can improve efficiencies and cut costs in their products.

Its initial study of the BYD Seagull found it to be efficiently and simplistically designed, engineered and executed, but with unexpected quality and anticipated reliability.

“What they did do is done very well,” Woychowski said. “It’s efficiently done.”

Denial won't give us what we want. These manufactures need to stop paying each other insane salaries and actually put those billions back into their factories and laboratories. American cars used to be THE standard and Ford famously paid his employees enough to afford the cars they built.

What the fukk is this country doing? This isn't the same America that made Ford and Cadillac international brands.

Champion for China man products brehs
Champion expensive American products that get made in China anyway. Instead of American auto makers competing they champion tarrifs and push anti China propaganda which doesn't help the American consumers in anyway. America makes trash ass EVs and wants the consumers to pay top dollar for them. Countries a joke. Instead of fleecing the everyday people they should've been doing what China was doing and that was innovating. How are car companies not even 20 years old able to put the entire US car industry in danger of being extinct if they are able to be sold to your own population?!
