That's an Army AT-4 (Anti-Tank).

If you look at the colored band, theirs is Blue, while the one in the Military Pic is Yellow. I forgot the color code scheme, but that Blue Band 'might' be an AT-4 used for training. If its for training its either hollow, or it has a .45 caliber bullet in there.
