Vince is 76 and the company makes money hand over fist inspite of anything he does. There's no reason for him to shift his approach, by the time this last wave of guys like Cena, Goldberg, Brock, Edge, etc are Hogan/Flair status where they can't go in the ring anymore he'll be long-dead.

Bray wyatt peaked with the wyatt family & even then he alway under delivered in his matches.

There's maybe a handful of people on the roster that has star potential.
