Yeah, as a threat (sorta/not really). He posted pics of cartel hits and scenes from faces of death or something similar and didn't spoiler any of it. It wasn't anything like like a serious threat against anyone in particular, it was more just a gesture of him showing that people were going too far and that he could too.
