I read the entire book. It actually wasn't as awful as I expected, besides being a fukkface dude from Boston, he did a ton of research. Some opinions I agreed with, some, I didn't, but hell, it's his book.
And the name thing was a joke
The book wasn't too bad, the only complaint I had about it was how numbers-heavy it was. It wasn't a book where if you pick it up, you couldn't put it back down. It's a lot to digest.
